Wilson Minger Agency, Inc. was established in 1959 and affiliated with Century 21 in 1976. We are the oldest and one of the largest real estate firms in our area. We have over 40 agents and do approximately 100 million in annual sales. We have received the President’s Award from Century 21 International for the last 6 years as well as many other notable awards. We are very proud of our awards and work very hard to maintain them.

The company was founded by John W. Minger Sr. who past away in March, 2003. His son, John W. Minger Jr. has been licensed and a partner in the company since 1971 and became a graduate of the Florida Realtors Institute in 1979. He became the principal broker and owner of the company in 1997 and has been involved in residential real estate development since 1976.
